Interviews took place last week for the role of Headteacher at Didcot Girls' School. There were a significant number of applicants, and we were very pleased with the level of interest in the school. The process was extremely robust across two full days with a wide variety of panels and tasks.

I am delighted to share that the current acting co-Headteachers, Martha Hawes and Sarah Roberts, have been appointed as substantive co- Headteachers. Both candidates performed superbly throughout the process and have a strong and ambitious vision for the future of the school.

We are excited by the leadership capacity and opportunity this brings, and I look forward to working closely with them both to further develop Didcot Girls' School.
